Lovely Home

5 adults, a six year old and a pup enjoyed our stay in this fully outfitted home. The pup enjoyed the fully fenced yard and the 6 year old, the wonderful wood play structure. Everyone enjoyed the variety of yard games found in the chest under the patio overhang. The short walk to town to the ice cream and other shops is a nice plus. To quoth the 6 year old, “this place is amazing”!

Was as described but was told I needed to rent a pack and play even tho there was one. No sheet for the pack and play even they they do exist. Communication about that was not perfect. House otherwise was nice and clean. As described Third bedroom didn’t have air conditioning tho

Great house--comfortable, well stocked and close to fun things to do

Loved this property. Stayed here for a girl's trip with my sisters and niece. The house is in walking distance to the main shopping and restaurant area on 3rd street. It is also in walking distance of a lovely park with wonderful walking trails. We also found the location of McMinnville very convenient for touring around the wine country and a day trip to the coast to see Cannon Beach and Indian Beach. The kitchen is well stocked. Wonderful outdoor area with large deck and firepit. We did not have young childre with us, but yard is also equipped with a nice play swing/slide/fort. We did have our niece's dog with us and the yard is perfect for pets. Fenced in and lots of grass. Nice neighborhood to walk the dog in as well. The house is spacious with lots of room to sit and visit and a large table for meals together. Overall, a great stay and check in and check out were a breeze. Would definitely recommend.

House with Great Location

The property has a great location, which is the main reason why we booked it. The address on VRBO is slightly different than the actual address of the house, but we brought that to the hosts attention and I think they are fixing it. The house was clean and the hosts were very responsive, even after hours, which we really appreciated. The outdoor area is nice and inviting. We would stay here again for the great location.

The house is amazing and perfect for going anywhere in the wine country. Great backyard for kids and adults. Master suite is amazing. Large dining room table. I would stay here again. Love the blue house.

Great house with well thought out details

My family visited Something Blue for a quick weekend getaway and we had a great time. The house has wonderful details all throughout giving great relaxing ambiance. Everything is well maintained in and out of the house. Beautiful art and furniture, comfortable beds and linen, good layout for spending time together, a lovely yard with a play structure that the kids and dog really enjoyed, and a lovely welcome package for our stay. It is within a quick walk of downtown McMinnville allowing you to easily enjoy all the town has to offer. The property goes beyond everything you would normally expect with details such as yoga mats and white noise machines in every bedroom.

"girls" weekend

Wine Taster's Delight

A perfect spot for weekend wine tasting. Easy walk to town, restaurants, tasting rooms and shops. Good jumping off point for visiting wineries throughout the Willamette Valley. The house was spotless and comfortable.

Super fun and hospitable

It's a really cute place. The bedrooms are comfortable and the air conditioning works well. The bathtub is nice and everything is in good working order. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and tools. And the walk into downtown is about 3-5 minutes. It's in a residential neighborhood and seems safe. There is a yard in the back with chairs and tables. Overall, no problems, and it's nice and comfortable.

Easy to work with company. Close to town. Great restaurants within walking distance, sidewalks can be uneven so be careful. Cute town and home. The home was clean and beds were comfortable. The deck chairs and table outback needed a wiping down. That was the only disappointment. Home otherwise was clean.

great location

we have been coming to mcminnville for 10 years for travel and wine tasting; and special events. We are glad we have found this property. It is about 5 blocks walking to center downtown mcminnville. it is a quiet street and it was nice to have space. We've stayed in several downtown hotels; but we would have booked 2 rooms for the 4 adults; so the price for Something Blue was about equal to 2 hotel rooms; but the added benefit of space and being able to cook a few of our meals. We still enjoy McMinnville dining; but having the option was nice

LOVED our stay at Something Blue!

We had the best weekend at Something Blue! Due to horrible weather and traffic from CA, we arrived very late. It was so nice to have a light on and the house so easy to get into. Everything was perfect and so clean! We really appreciated all of the little touches and details. The house is stocked with everything you could need or want. My family even enjoyed the push-up handles in the bedroom closet! ha! The beds are so comfortable that we even asked the property manager which brand it was. Thank you for making our quick trip to visit our Dad so nice and easy. We will be back for sure!

Great house and location!

This a great house and location. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting McMinnville and / or surrounding areas. Very comfortable and short walk to the heart of town.
