Spacious rooms. Close to the new extension and tiled courtyard area Breakfast and dinner were worth the price for convenience as there are not many shops close by for food. If you eat out you will end up buying from places which are about a 10minute walk away and it'll cost around the same as the hotel food. Friendly staff, check in was quick and staff were always willing to help. Good access to lifts. My only issue was that the adhaan was not audible from the room. Also, as this hotel is away from the clock tower, although it is still very busy, you are away from the rush at prayer times. It was nice that they had complimentary coffee and dates after each prayer.

Stuff and location is the best part. We checked in fast and they gave us one of their best rooms with an amazing location. Dinner was nice but the rooms are very outdated. The access to the masjid is soooo convenient better then crossing the road from the Conrad on Jabal Omar. So If you are looking for room quality you will be disappointed but service still great.

An absolutely amazing stay! I cannot explain in words how outstanding this hotel is in terms of its facilities all the way through to the excellent location (in close proximity to Masjid Al Haram). The room was brilliant alongside the cleanliness and attention to detail. This is truly a 5 star hotel. The breakfast choice is amazing with the food being varied as well as delicious. Everything is cooked fresh and nothing is too much hassle for the staff. I would like to say a special thanks to the excellent customer service and hospitality displayed by Captin Osama, Yaqoob and Walid during breakfast times.
