Very good break fast. Regular shuttles between hotel and the Masjid Al Haram. Walkable as well. Adhan in room is nice touch if you have a young family and can't all go at once.

I like this property for the clean, quite, and cozy rooms. The stuff was friendly and nice. The dining choices were so good. There was a shuttle to the mosque but they didn't mention it ,and I didn't know until the checkout. Nutshell, I love my experience ❤️

Excellent hotel

It was a really nice stay with easy check-in and a convenient location just 10 minutes walk to the Haram, with bus service also available. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff, especially Mahdi, were amazing—he kindly arranged for us to have breakfast earlier than the normal time to accommodate our early morning flight, which we really appreciated.

One thing, though: some travelers go there from far away. We cannot always predict the time of arrivals correctly, so having an early check-in option can be handy and beneficial for both parties. I flew from Canada and arrived there at 2am, but my check-in was 4pm ; so I wanted to check in early, but the good man in the reception charged for the entire day and let me check in at 630am instead!

Service is excellent. Shuttle bus is 24 hours to haram sharif. Only takes 10 min with bus and walking. It has people from all nationalities almost like a community atmosphere. You can pay more and stay in the flashier ones however umrah is about humility and how we are all equal.

in our room AC kept turning on by itself for no reason and at times it sounded like building work was going on from the AC. the problem was resolved by moving us to a different room. the showers in both rooms were dirty and rusty on the edges which really put me off, as a hotel and for the price you pay you would expect it to be very clean, but no. one of the rooms the water kept flooding out into the rest of the bathroom even with the door closed. breakfast was very disappointing there was hardly any choice and everyday it was the same things. the shuttle bus that takes you to the haram is not as straightforward as one might think. you take the bus and then walk to take a lift where you are dropped off. from the lift you have to walk up a road which is like a hill and even then you have to walk quite a bit to get to any gate or any of the main gates. so it takes 10 mins to get there. i ended up walking instead which felt quicker, but even then it should have been listed as 10 mins on their website. i would not go back to this hotel and don’t recommend it if you’re looking for something clean and close to the haram.
