The showers were leaking so we had to move to another room. the next room had an obstructed view due to dirt on the entire window. elevators are very slow. they first said there's no room available for early check in, then said there is only if we pay for an upgraded room.

The breakfast was fresh and very good. Staff was amazing specially the manager in the dining area. Very hospital and pleasant. Rooms were clean the only thing was house keeping didn’t come to clean our room. I didn’t request it either as I was there for 2 nights but anything I asked for it was provided right away. Overall it was a great experience will definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained — very comfortable and relaxing after a long day. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always welcoming with warm smiles and prompt service. The amenities were also impressive, especially the breakfast—adjust as needed, which made the stay even more enjoyable after long hours of Ibadah, Alhamdulillah!!! Overall, it was an outstanding stay — clean, comfortable, and with truly exceptional hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family!
