With Haram view from the room and prayers can be heard on the speaker this is the best hotel I've stayed in. Shopping centre underground is very good with food courts shops and museum of the Prophet biography.

Perfect hotel for Umrah, the location is unbeatable, and the lifts are fast, which makes everything so convenient. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They provided me with gluten-free bread and cakes every morning, which was such a thoughtful gesture. They even surprised me with a gluten-free cake sent to my room! It’s the little things like this that truly make a difference. All be back 🙃

We had a terrible experience checking in. With a booking of 2 rooms, upon check in only 1 room was available and second room was cancelled for no valid reason. We were in the lobby for over 7 hours with exhaustion and tired kids. Thank you to hotels.com which were very helpful but the hotel was not accepting to receive their calls so we felt lost. At the end we had to book a new second room with higher price because original room type was not available.

Don’t book hotels.com didn’t help and hotel didn’t help wrong date was booked as a mistake of the hotels.coms part I’m in dispute and will claim indemnity for this do not book this hotel as they’re not helpful and not through hotels.com I’ve always been a loyal customer I was let down badly, when I did all I could in my power contacted them straight after booking upon realising wrong date was booked as an error on hotels.com part was for the date I was flying out.
