The drain in the sink was broken, the pull to close the blinds was broken, there was a dirty washcloth left in the bathroom and hair all over the bathroom and tube.

Coffee maker had a moldy coffee pod still in it. Curtains were broke and hanging. Hot water and cold water in the shower were backwards. Pull out couch cushions had stains all over them. Woke up when a fake finger nail stuck to me. Pool was supposed to be heated and wasn’t. Breakfast was severely lacking the first morning but there was at least food. The second morning had just about nothing. Out of a lot of items at breakfast.

The staff that checked us in did not give us any information as to where our was located. They overcharged me 25 dollars, said it was for incidentals, the room and the furniture in the suite were stained and dirty. Not a good time.

The room was very neglected. It had bedbugs. Bites all over my back. The curtains were basically ready to fall down and were ripped. We had to get up in the middle of the night to change rooms. The overnight staff member wasn't very pleasant. The next morning we checked out. This place need upgrades and their reviews aren't what they seem. Beware!!!

Not spotless but clean. Older tiles on floor in bathroom cabt let it be spotless. Staff worked continually presenting a good breakfast with variety each day. We had a 4 night stay, which was one day too long . Desk staff very friendly. Coffee and hor tea stations in lobby very welcoming all day and night. Only complaint is I saw dogs are allowed and i felt our room had had a pet in it.

The only complaint was one of the queen beds had a 2 inch screw UNDER the bottom sheet. How?? Were the sheets not changed? The only response I got when I reported it and produced the screw was "Oh, I'm so sorry" Other than that the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate and the attendant was constantly refilling and wiping things down.

The Expedia rating for this hotel was inflated. It was good for a short stay, but nothing more. The room condition was fair. There were holes in the sheets from wear. The bathroom fixtures were functional, but in poor repair. The sink stopped was missing, and there was rust on most of the fixtures.
