Make sure to obtain security code before arriving. We didnt have it the first night and the securty gaurd would not give it to us. The security gaurd was with the hotel. The place we stayed was privately own which they were amazing and accommodating

Definitely nice view, modern apartment (shame it has a little problems of maintenance for bathrooms such as mold and lights no working properly and the bath tub has issues to drain water), it is full-equipped

The apartment was in a good condition but for the amount of people that was supposed to be in the apartment the toilet papers were not enough.. Also the apartment didn't have air conditioner only fan. I couldn't received two of my invited friends that drove from Venezuela to be with us in our vacation. The property didn't accepted the cedula ID. Horrible experience. I didn't know about this because I don't live in this country.

This property needs some TLC. Size of the apt was nice. Looks like they have been trying to get some remodeling done. Wall paper peeling off throughout the apt. Towels smelled like mold and were hard. Washer/dryer did not work. We called in and they send someone that same night to take a look but there was no solution to the problem. It didn't seem like a big deal to them. The day we arrived, a lizard welcomed us which made it impossible for my friends and i to get a good night sleep after a long day of travel. Sliding door in main room, didn't close completely. BIG con, hot water takes forever and in the middle of the shower, it shuts down and you get freezing cold water... not nice! My friends and I would not stay here next time.

Fabuloso y grande apto en mejor barrio de Medelli

Muy satisfecha con el Hospedaje, el pato es grande, comodo, limpio y tal cual esta en las fotos. El sitio es de los mejores de Medellin, sin duda regresaria sin pensarlo un segundo, muy recomendado
