The host was terrible. No follow-up, asked to have maintenance done inside the apartment while I was vacationing, be very carful he will look for anything to keep a portion of your security deposit for himself and the girl who cleans, tile falling from the balcony ceiling, no response to complaints. The apartment is set up nice but the host is terrible. Be very careful of being taken for your security deposit

Was at Energy 801 last week for a business trip. I couldn't be more satisfied with this property. It surpassed my expectations. From cleanliness to amenities, this property is a gem. Very close to "El Poblado" and is very secure. Santiago, the property manager seemed to be very responsive and very helpful. I'm already seeking to stay a couple of more times as I travel frequently for business to Medellin.

No instructions on how to operate anything in the apartment many things broken no communication as to what would be needed or supply and what wasn’t supplied. The restaurant was amazing the location was great the overall experience was poor

This apartment had a lot of problems. The little things make a big different. Example: gas range flicker went out. A/C not working . I could continue but I want. The apartments has a great bones but need loves . On a scale of 1-10 I rate this 801 ….4 out of 10

Location is very good and walking distance to grocery store and other shop. Very helpful management. The only minor negative i personally have is the road noise. This is due to d property close to a slightly busy road. Apart from that, I recommend this property.

La experiencia fue excelente, algunas cosas a mejorar. Para el chek in no hubo comunicación con el dueño, debe actualizarce en expedia la información de la persona que viene a dar las indicaciones ( muy amable). El apartamento es hermoso, con detalles hermosos, con algunos aspectos a mejorar como el mantenimiento, los trastes de cocina estan de cambiarse en mal estado. El lavamanos del baño de visita no se puede usar, y el piso levantado en la parte de la cocina. Duramos 6 dias y quedamos enamorados de la propiedad, super segura la zona y el plus es el restaurante que esta en el primer piso.

Great apartment, great everything, minor issues.

Have stayed in this apartment many times and I really enjoy the space. Beautiful building and amenities in the building, location is excellent and security as well. Apartment itself is well appointed and spacious. Plenty of towels and linens/pillows. Bed is of average comfort, internet is excellent. My only complaint which I've pointed out to the property manager numerous times is that the kitchen sink leaks at the base of the faucet and since it hasn't been address when I first mentioned it it has gotten progressively worse. The gas burners on the stove no longer automatically ignite when turning the gas on, you need a match or lighter to start them now and the kitchen wall clock has been out of battery for well over a year now. All issues mentioned to the property manager but not addressed.

Property was amazing… The view from balcony was pretty good also… everything is up to date and modern throughout… its even has bidet in bathroom.. Only problem was the couch had white stains on it and the ac In living room did not work.. Besides that it was phenomenal place… They allow up to 4 guests which is a good thing…

Luxury apartment, missing a few things

The apartment wash very well furnished with plenty of towels and bedding if required. Some small things missing such as towel hooks/rail in the bathroom for hand basin use. Could do with some more glasses and a toaster. Otherwise everything you need if you want to cook. But the restaurant in the building is very good if you don't want to cook. There was an issue with the door locking system, but the guy managing the apartment was very responsive and had it fixed within 12 hours.

Beautiful apartment - really no complaints. The views were absolutely stunning, the unit was very clean and very spacious. The unit had lots of natural light and was in a great location. Will highly recommend.
