I cannot say enough how pleasant and wonderful my stay here was. From the moment I checked in the staff was very polite and professional, and once I entered my room it beyond exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious and the restaurant staff is on another level. This has been one of the best stays I’ve even had and has added so much to my experience within the city. I will definitely be coming back.

My stay at Hotel Poblado Plaza from December 15-19th, 2025 was very good. The staff at the hotel and the restaurants were wonderful and very polite! The rooms were very clean and the keeping staff did a great job. The only downfall was that the beds were not very comfortable, they were a little too firm for my liking. Other than that I would definitely recommend and return.

The staff is excellent.I arrived late and the guard helped us get the luggage out of the car and up to our room The whole staff are very friendly and very helpful.The room was quite and very clean.The best breakfast I ve had in all the different hotels I ve stayed in.They recently upgraded the whole hotel When we come to Medellin we only stay here The location is excellent.Near 2 major malls.The area is very safe I couldn't ask for more Thank you staffyour great.
