The hotel is centrally located. The staff go above and beyond to take care of you. I had to use the ATM one evening and one of the staff members (darn, I forget his name but he’s an evening bell hop) walked me to the nearest ATM. When that one wasn’t working, he took me to another. Additionally, the rooftop pool is a must. Great vibes and awesome drinks from Santiago. Ask for him next time you’re at the Charlee rooftop. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in town.

Location, Location,Location… right in the center of everything. Restaurants, bars and nightlife are within walking distance. This hotel has one of the most amazing rooftop bars in the city. Rooms are big and clean

I prepaid for 4 nights in this hotel. My reservation was for TWO people (myself and my girlfriend). Upon my arrival I had to sign a form in which I indicated my colombian girlfriends FULL name. Then it was explained to me that if I had any other guest I would be charged a fee of $100 american dollars of which I agreed because I had no other guest. It was only me and my girlfriend staying in the hotel. The morning that I left, in an extreme hurry and badly needing to catch my flight back home, I was told that I owed $100 for my girlfriend staying there. This caught me completely off guard and made me irate because I incurred no additional charges based on what I was told! I only had one person with me my entire stay. There was no additional guest that they didn't know about and as I indicated at the time I registered. I paid the $100 because I needed to catch my flight but be advised of the type of things this hotel staff is pulling. I can promise this hotel will never get another PENNY of my money and I have already reported this to Bank of America that has been filed as a dispute!

Don’t stay here

I got bed bugs the first night I was there and had to change hotels. The staff laughed saying it wasn’t and gave me a new room. I ended up with 10 new bites and left the next day after paying for 4 nights and only staying one.

Loved everyone was an amazing experience , only negative take away is the fact that even if you rent the penthouse they have a strict 2 person max at any time inside the room . However they have a living room with sofa and 2 chairs and a dining table with 5 chairs. Jmmm makes you wonder. In order to have a couple friends come over I had to book another room on the same floor so that they could visit. How ever I repeat the service is world class , That’s why I don’t have to mention anyone by name. All were equally as attentive and helpful the Jacuzzis are the best in Medellin .
