We had a great experience here the first time we stayed, a week ago. This time was insane. At check in, they put us on the 4th floor and then said the elevator was broken. I laughed. If wasn’t a joke. They were able to change our room to a down stairs one. That was great. Then… We had a room with a kitchenette. Stove, fridge, dishwater. There wasn’t a single pot, pan or utensil in the whole kitchen. No cups or soap either. I asked the wonderful front desk for help and they did their best. She searched the other kitchen rooms as well as the hotel kitchen and nothing. Later, she came to the room with a pan. That was helpful. So I guess pack your own pots and pans? Kind of frustrating since that’s why I chose this room and hotel. I have kids so cooking simple food is the reason why we picked this place.
