I am not a person who writes reviews however I feel that this property deserves one. It’s EXCELLENT! We will stay here when we come to Ashland from here forward. Very nice, clean, quiet room. The bathroom was immaculate, the bedding very nice and the room spacious and comfortable. Great place to stay for any type of trip. We will absolutely stay here again!

My room was comfortable and reasonably clean. My friend's room was less so - leaves on the floor. I had a very small leak from the bottom of the toilet. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were good. Parking is great and location is very good. The guest clerk worked hard to handle what appeared to be a problem with the reservation. Worth it!

Solo traveler. Had a nice sized room. Nice desk staff. Very Clean. The hotel is right next to Morning Glory, a longtime Ashton landmark breakfast place. A straight 4 minute drive into downtown. Quiet. The one negative was that work is being done on the hotel, so during the day the workers were hammering away. They were considerate, but it was still occurring. Will stay here again on return trip to Ashland.

Nice staff and lobby. But 1) room was pretty worn down and 2) our room was on the 2nd floor, we opened our window for the night and had... let's say an unwanted visitor from the animal kingdom. Thankfully the "visitor" left very quickly, albeit causing us some stress. If you stay there, don't open windows and leave food around.

This property is the most basic you can find. It smells old and musty. The floor in my room appears to not have been vacuumed as there are LARGE piles of lint in numerous areas. Overall, disappointing considering how highly rated this property is. I would not recommend it and would not stay again.

We had a nice oversized room with two queen beds. The room was clean and the ac worked well. The hotel is right across the street from the University, and multiple good restaurants are within walking distance.

Everything a little off

I asked for a ground floor unit as I needed to secure my bike in my room and it along with the other items I wished to bring inside would be too much to carry upstairs. They didn't have one for me so I had to schlep all of my things upstairs. The drain in the bathtub/shower did not drain well so water would back up into the tub. Nothing like standing in dirty water to get your feet clean! The bathroom was poorly designed. There was barely enough room in it to close the door.

Aged property but still totally recommend. The rooms were big and spacious, having two sinks is really nice, the beds were comfy, towels plentiful staff excellent and helpful. Also, great location.
