Staff were excellent, both at check in and check out. Bed was comfy. A little more attention to cleaning is required: the mirror was streaky and the white counter surfaces were not as clean as they could be.

I had to climb stairs with luggage . No elevator ! . When I opened the door the smell of chemicals from cleaning was unbearable. I had to sleep with the window open in 45. * weather with the fan on . The heat made the smell worse . I have stayed there several times . It was never like that . To make matters worse the bed was horrible. Step it up Grants Pass ! Small room and you could barely be in the bathroom without shutting the door . The smallest room hotel room I have ever been in .
