This was my first stay. Was in town for business. Room was in front of the elevator on the mail floor and was noisy. The room could be cleaner. I liked the complemntary water and to go brekfast bags they had the next day.

Booked through Expedia and selected pet friendly. We got here, got checked in and up to our room and then found out we were put in a not pet friendly room. No fault of the hotels (I don’t think) but I do feel bad that we now have our dog in a non- pet friendly room. We offered to move rooms but they said we could say and they would do a thorough clean upon check out. This is our favourite hotel we’ve ever stayed at as it is always clean, comfortable beds, great shower products and the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had!! We go out of our way on our road trips from BC to MB and back to make sure we stay at this property!

This hotel was absolutely exceptional. Hannah checked us in and she was wonderful and extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was mind blowing. It was super clean and supplied with everything we would ever need and then some. Breakfast was unbelievable. We had made to order omelets & they have numerous other regular breakfast selections. Would definitely definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent service.

The staff went out of their way to make this an excellent stay. I rather wish we had a reason to stay in Medicine Hat for longer. The breakfast in the morning was spectacular. The room was really much better than I expected. Very clean and a comfortable bed. The darkout shades made sleeping easy. The bathroom was clean and the shower had really good pressure. Would definitely stay here again if I happen to be in town.

Once I got to the Medicine Hat Best Western Premier, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that just the check-in was good, plenty of carts to store luggage, they offered water, rooms were nice and clean, the Continental breakfast was actually the biggest surprise - it was set up really well in the fact that you could see people behind this seat like it was an open kitchen, and everybody honestly was right from the beginning, like front desk people, at the people at the you know, just yeah, pretty much good service everywhere.
