Clean rooms, very very near to Haram, had everything included in room like iron, personal care product, enough space. Staff was efficient and very cooperative. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. I loved the Olivies, salad and cheese

The room wasn't cleaned properly, rubbish on floor stick residue that got onto our sandals and when we showed the cleaners they responded with 'it was from before' which further proved our room wasn't properly cleaned. Had to asked several times to remove the stickyness. Also, when asking for amenities we would have to ring several times. I would not go back

The property offers clean accommodations, although the room allocated with three single beds felt somewhat small for the space. Nevertheless, the housekeeping staff were consistently attentive; requests for cleaning or restocking amenities such as toilet paper were handled promptly and efficiently. The front desk experience was less consistent. While the staff were generally helpful, the overall atmosphere lacked warmth, as most interactions felt formal rather than friendly. For example, I was initially granted a late check-out by one staff member, but on the day of departure another staff member initially denied it until I referred to the earlier approval. It was only after checking the system that the extension was confirmed, though limited to one additional hour. This created some unnecessary inconvenience. Breakfast was an area that could be improved. While there were several options available, the overall quality appeared modest, and the service did not feel welcoming. The cook, in particular, was not approachable and at times seemed disengaged, especially when guests arrived closer to closing time. On several occasions, staff appeared preoccupied with their own conversations rather than guest service, which detracted from the dining experience. In conclusion: Rooms are clean but may feel compact for multiple beds. Housekeeping staff are professional and reliable. Front desk service is efficient but lacks friendliness. Main positive point is the proximity to the Masjid Al-Nabawi. The rooms are small, beds are even smaller (single bed is only fit for a shortish (5.5 feet) person. Lifts are also small and can be a bit of a problem to get hold of one before and after the prayer times.

I wish I stumbled across this hotel before. I loved every bit, wished I stayed longer. I would definitely come to this hotel again in when I next visit. Very convenient- masjid al nabawi is right at the doorstep and the view from my room I could see the mosque which helped a lot when finding a quiet time to go visit the mosque. Staff were lovely too.
