Very unhelpful and uncourteous check-in employees. No help offered, no flexibility demonstrated when their card terminal did not work and blamed the problem on me!
Good location otherwise, and quiet room!
When I contacted at front desk they shocked me that we don't have the reservation, when i showed her confirmations number they ask me to have a seat after 1hr when i asked the progress they said we found reservation but payment is not made
In shorts after a long hustle they took the picture of my credit card statement and gave me a room key
Room was very small and smelly
Very unclean room and surrounding areas, filthy, reception staff especially females very rude. Canât speak English. Nil room service during our stay. We had to empty our own rubbish. No clean towels. Dirty water dripping from the ceiling above our bathroom on to towel rail and on to the hair dryer. Bathroom floods, maybe blocked plumbing. Unsafe.
Smell of cigarette fumes at the hotel rooms and corridors, and at times coming out of the AC ducts; eventhough I'm staying at a non-smoking rooms/floors (I requested change of room at day 2 of 5 nights). Carpets are dirty. Apart from that, staff were nice and friendly.
Uncomfortable beds. Safe wasn't safe. Washroom is too small. Shower water would leak all over the ground. The lavatory faucet only poured out scorching hot water.
Not as advertised hotel. The cleaness does not represent the review mark it get on the app. On arrival, they asked us to check the room before checkin in (frist time I see this). We were very disapointed. We decided to checkin in a another hotel. Location is good (4 mins walk to masjid) and staff are nice. We ckeckout on the first night (of a three night stay). Cancellation took for ever. Never again
Worst customer service no room service phone was working, no 120 Volt outlet was provided and when asked they said buy outside a converter safety box canât operate so all valuables should carry outside with customer service canât speak English language and difficult to explain what the issue we have
Upon arrival, we saw that the roomâs carpet was littered with stains. The bathroom ceiling was leaking and no working light. Asked front desk to change rooms, that took up to 3 hours. New room wasnât that much better off. Our key card wouldnât work, had to get front desk to help multiple times. No accommodations besides a kettle in the room. Not worth it.
