Great hotel for Al Masjid an Nabawi

I have stayed at Pullman ZamZam Madina twice now and loved it each time. This is a big hotel and always has rooms available for good pricing. The location is very good for general access to Al Masjid an Nabawi and this hotel is located to the south side of the masjid. The women's entrance is to the north side and is a longer walk for women. If you have women in the family who struggle with walking, I would look at the hotels located north of the masjid. The women in my family were content with this location and we just left the hotel earlier to get to where we wanted to accordingly. The breakfast is pretty good, have to pay extra for it but it's definitely worth it. The staff is great and courteous throughout the hotel.

We had a comfortable stay, the hotel has a perfect location from the haram (Masjed Al-Nabawi and AL-Baqie). The rooms were spacious, clean, and in good condition. Lefts were always available, which was a plus compared to other hotels. The only comment I do have is regarding other guests. It was unpleasant to walk in the corridor to my room and find plates, a tray with some food, glasses or trash bags next to some rooms. This wasn't very pleasant, and the hotel admin should be strict on this matter. Guests can keep their empty plates, trays and trash in the room for the next day or call room service to collect it. I am not talking about one room; unfortunately, this was a common practice that has to be addressed.

Very safe and quite place I love this hotel because its very close to masjid nabwai very walkable to go to salam I ordered the half board both breakfast and dinner Alhumdulillah fine last time I stayed they have sushi for dinner this time they don't have it I really miss the sushi 🙂 otherwise everything is great hopefully InshaAllah if I get good deal next time time too I prefer to book same hotel.

The only positive about this property is its convenient location close to the Haram. However, the hotel itself is badly dated and not worth the price tag. It is in desperate need of renovation and major improvements, as everything from the interiors to the facilities feels old and neglected. For the rates being charged, the standard simply does not match.
