The room did not reflect 5* The restaurant for breakfast was appalling. Standard of food was awful. I paid for breakfast on the day. The lady who served me let me pay then told me I only have 2 minutes left. Why did she not mention this before taking my money!!! There was no tea left and barely any food. The food that was available was cold. In the room, none of the shower gel and shampoo pumps were working. I had to open up the bottles to get the liquids out. I left them open for housekeeping to sort out and it was just left there. There were 3 people booked in my room and only 2 towels were in the room. Even after i asked for 3 towels only 2 were put in the bathroom. There was 1 old dental pack in the bathroom. No replacement given. No shaving kit. My room was totally neglected. I feel I was not valued as a customer. This is not what I paid for. Extremely disappointed

I’ve been staying at the Pullman the last few times I have been in Medina but I was pretty disappointed this time. The room was fine but some of them are quite dark with no light through window. However, the AC doesn’t work very well. The hotel itself is quite dated. The lobby is always a bit of a bazar. Most annoyingly, I was informed there would be daily maintenance work from 11am-6pm. In fact this started with loud banging at 8am and the manager seemed surprised by this when I complained (shouldn’t he know what time loud maintenance was starting?).

This was my 2nd time staying at Pullman Zamzam Madina. I was travelling for Umrah with my wife and 3 kids. We booked a room with Quad-bed, (4 Beds). You can easily push them together and make them into 2-king size beds. We had a wonderful time here. The rooms were clean, staff were professional, felt like a 5-Star hotel. Breakfast was amaizing with ton's of options. Most importantly, it was 1-2 min walk to Masjid Nabawi and to shopping store. We had one store right behind our hotel where everything was "2-Riyal". We did most of our shopping there. As always, if I ever travel to Medina, I will be staying at Pullman Zamzam Madina, no second options. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Nice abs relatively modern con o seed to most hotels in the area. The only downside was that in the room we couldn’t hear the adhaan, which was something we had in hotels on the other side of the masjid. Otherwise the staff were great and even let us check in at 12pm instead of 4pm, which was much appreciated after the travel!

I stay three days in this hotel, but I only went one time to the breakfast because the breakfast was not so good. The eggs was too bad. The hummus also was not good. Some of the vegetables was not good. Also, the smell of the area of the buffet not good too so when you go to the area to the buffet, you start feel bad smell so I didn’t like to go anymore to the buffet even I paid for the breakfast For the three days

Hotel did not acomódate for a religious travel, due to passport issues we could not travel (something which was out of our control) and all I wanted was to postpone the booking to a later date and hotel did not accommodate despite telling them a few days before. Customer service seems to be lacking. We paid for dinner for two nights. It was very disappointing to the point that we told them ahead of time that we weren’t going to go for the second night. They refused to give us a refund. The hotel is clean and standard. I paid extra for a king bed and view of the dome and I got a decent room. Not sure if I’ll be back though.

The transport facility to the women Gates is a life line. It was always on time and only for women. House keeping and laundry did a great job too. My check in was done by a nice young lady- can't remember her name now. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I love Pullman Zam Zam and would stay there again.
