we stayed for a week at this hotel and it was a nice stay. we usually stay in 5* properties for a shorter duration but decided to go for a 4* so we could stay longer. It was a decent place, rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were helpful. breakfast was good with a nice variety.

This was my second stay at Alritz AlMadinah and overall it was a very good experience. Reception was friendly and accommodating and allowed an early check-in, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping/room service was available whenever required. The location is excellent , around a 3-5-minute walk to MasjidaNabawi. The only downside was the shower: the shower head needs a proper clean/maintenance to ensure consistent water flow and good pressure. Aside from that, I’d happily stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights. Out of that, one and a half day there wasnt any hot water. The last day before I leave, a shower was necessary for religious reason (start of ihram) which I could not do. I had to start Ihram without shower. When I booked, I requested for early checkin, We arrived around 12.30 in the afternoon. They said the room will be ready by 1.30. At 1.30 the room wasnt ready and no one knew who said the room should be ready by 1.30. They said the room will be ready at 3pm. Same story as before. It wasnt ready. I was with small kids and an elderly person waiting in the reception for nearly 3+hours. This was unexpected from such expensive hotel.

We had the worst experience at this hotel. Our room was infested with bed bugs, and both of my daughters were bitten badly during our stay. One of my daughters even developed an allergic reaction that required medical treatment, which cost us additional time and money. The hotel’s handling of the situation was frustrating and unhelpful. We had to move rooms, which caused further stress and inconvenience during our trip. For a hotel that claims to provide comfort and quality, this was completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against staying at this property. No guest should have to go through this experience, especially with children.
