I stayed at Saja Al Madinah during my trip for Umrah and had a pleasant experience. The location is great just a short walk around 4 minutes to the Prophet’s Mosque, which made it very convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and overall it was a good value for the price. I would consider staying here again in the future

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a 7-minute walk to the Mosque and nearby shops. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were very clean. The customer service was outstanding; the staff were all very helpful and understanding. The reception team, in particular, were extremely supportive and welcoming—especially the shift manager, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. They truly made our experience special. We will definitely come again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madina. Thank you so much to all the staff for making our visit such a wonderful experience!

Breakfast is not included, very expensive to add later. Need to take careful consideration of check in time (between 4pm and 5pm). But were flexible. Rooms need maintenance, fridge not working (freezer door missing), table not safe, wardrobes not full length for thobe/abaya. However, service and staff were excellent and only 5 minute brisk walk to gate 328 which makes up for state of rooms. Overall happy with our stay.
