This large modern villa is located in a small holiday village of Banjole. The villa is only a short walk from the beach.

Equipped with modern facilities, it is split over two floors and 5 bedrooms, accompanied by luxurious shower/bathrooms for your exclusive use. Each bed is fitted with Galaxie medical crystal pads, allowing you a good night's sleep and many other health benefits. Outside, there is a large private swimming pool with romantic lighting that enhances the experience of night bathing.

The area around the swimming pool is equipped with 10 sun loungers and 2 parasols.

The garden also includes a covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue. It is surrounded by a hedge and a natural stone wall for child safety.

Pula, the largest city in Istria, just 6 kilometres from the villa is world famous for its stunning Colosseum, an ancient amphitheatre built during the 1st century, during the reign of the Roman Emperor Vespansian.

The unspoilt nature of the protected Cape Kamenjak Park is also nearby (9.5 km long, 1.5 km wide, with a total of 30 km of indented coastline).

Besides cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers unique gastro experience, which is well known in this part of Europe. Homemade Istrian prosciutto (prut), wine, Istrian pasta (fuzi) are just some of the many delicious gastronomic pleasures. The Istrian peninsula is home to one of the most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe - Brijuni. Located 10 minutes boat ride with departure from beautiful fishing village Fazana, only 15 kilometres away from the villa.

Leider können wir diese Villa überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen. Schon bei der Ankunft war die Unterkunft in einem völlig inakzeptablen Zustand. Es war überall schmutzig: lebende und tote Fliegen, Mücken und andere Insekten, Spinnweben mit toten Fliegen sowie merkwürdige Insekten hinter den Vorhängen. Der Boden war nicht gesaugt, unter den Betten befanden sich ebenfalls Spinnweben und Schmutz. Im Badezimmer klebten noch rasierte Haare der vorherigen Gäste im Waschbecken. Die Duschtür war ausgehängt und defekt. Der Pool war stark verschmutzt und voller Algen. Die Möbel waren sehr abgenutzt, auf der Terrasse standen kaputte Stühle und der Lattenrost eines Bettes war teilweise gebrochen bzw. es fehlten mehrere Leisten. Da der Zustand der Villa für uns unzumutbar war, sind meine Familie und ich noch am selben Tag ausgezogen und mussten auf eigene Kosten eine andere Unterkunft buchen. Die übrigen Mitreisenden warteten nach unserer Reklamation auf einen Reinigungstrupp. Dieser hat zwar etwas nachgereinigt. Die Vermieterin war telefonisch nicht erreichbar und kommunizierte ausschließlich über WhatsApp mit der Begründung, sie habe keine Stimme. Persönlich war sie während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nie vor Ort. Der traurige Höhepunkt war, dass am Ende sogar noch ein Skorpion im Haus gefunden wurde. Für den Preis hätten wir eine saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft erwartet. Unsere Erfahrung war leider sehr enttäusc

Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren 4 Familien mit Kindern und einem Hund. Die Unterkunft war sauber, genügend Bestand in der Küche, alle Zimmer mit einem eigenen Bad und Klimaanlage. Ein schöner Meerzugang ist zufuß erreichbar~10min (auch schattig). In zwei Gehminuten erreicht man einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo man alles nötige bekommt. Bei Fragen-Probleme hat die Eigentümerin sofort geantwortet und am selben Tag reagiert.

Wir (8 Personen und ein Hund) verbrachten im Sept.

Wir (8 Personen und ein Hund) verbrachten im Sept. 23 eine Woche in der Villa Star und waren uns alle einig, der Aufenthalt dort war einfach perfekt und wunderschön. Die Vermieterin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles blitzsauber, gemütlich eingerichtet, wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage super, alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe, Geschäft für Lebensmittel, Restaurants, Meer.. und nach Pula nur ein paar Minuten mit den Auto. Wandern im Kamenjak Nationalpark, einfach wunderschön......Wir wünschen der Eigentümer - Familie noch viele Buchungen und nette Gäste.
