Villa K is a four-bedroom villa, finished to an extremely high standard offering a truly luxurious holiday location. Located near one of the many stunning rocky beaches in Premantura, this family-run villa is set in an area of amazing natural beauty, offering a charm found in few other places.
Only a five minute walk from the beautiful beach this brand new villa built in 2018 offers a magnificent panoramic sea view.
The villa contains four bedrooms, four luxury bathrooms, a sauna, a high- quality modern fully fitted kitchen with a wine cooler, a large open-plan lounge and dining area with direct access via patio doors to the garden with the swimming pool and the barbecue area. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom as well as its own private balconies, three of which offering magnificent panoramic sea view. The master bedroom offers you the chance to jump into the bathtub straight from the comfort of your bed and enjoy a bath with the view of the Adriatic sea in front of you. All the rooms are cool and airy and are contemporary in design. The villa offers a modern design with all the comforts that you would expect in your holiday retreat.
