Horrible Stay - NEVER again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff were rude, and not helpful at all, aswell as the cleaners!!!!!!! You waited 10 minutes minimum everytime for the lift!!!!!!!! It was so loud early in the morning, constant banging and vacuum noises!!!!!!!!! I had a "Do Not Disturb" on my door, and the workers just walked straight into my room, asking "Are you checking out today?" which i responded with "Excuse me, iv got a do not disturb on my door, and you just come walzting in, and no iv extended my stay earlier this morning thank you" He just walked off and didnt even apologise.

Listing was highly deceptive. Room received was very old and in need of significant TLC, and not what described on listing. Cleanliness okay. Bed sheets thin, and torn in places - pillows were VERY old and stained with no protectors for either pillows or mattress in place. Issue with portacot not being provided on check in, however resolved by staff later on evening. Good car parking available for smaller cars.

Super close to the city, at a reasonable price. However it was quite dirty (under the bed there was remains from previous guests), cleaning service only came on request even though we were there for over a week. The beds were very dated and not very comfortable and we had bed bugs biting us. Would be much nicer if basic cleaning and maintenance would be done.

Our room did not have extra pillows or blanket. We did get these when we asked. It had no dishwashing liquid so we left our glasses to be washed by staff. We did not realise till we got there that reception is separate to accommodation. We had to walk outside the building to get to accommodation. It’s not a bad accommodation but not near top star neither

This hotel was not great. The check in took a long time, and the facilities were extremely basic. The bedding for the fold-out bed was HALF a fleece blanket.

Nothing like the picture, tiniest kitchen I’ve ever seen, blanket didn’t even cover the whole bed, only 1 pillow each, 7 stories high and could still hear lots of noise.. one receptionist doesn’t speak a word of English… way over priced for the tiny jail cell that it is

Fab location right by a team stop, tons of restaurants right around the corner. Excellent price. BUT no curtains, only roll down blinds that did nothing to stop the city light streaming in and the heat leaving. This was such an issue that we closed the door of our 2nd bedroom and used it as a luggage room and put our son (preschool age) to sleep on the futon because the room was so damp, cold and so bright he would not settle. Overall we had a great time, but beware you better bring extra socks and an eye mask.

Location for medical appointment was perfect. Bed linen and towels, bright white and shower nice and hot. But reception staff on arrival was cold and unhelpful. Facilities generally very tired. Felt more like student accomodation than a hotel. Certainly did not match the photos

We checked in Friday night and were sent to a very small room - not the King Deluxe room I had booked. When we came back from dinner I explained and asked to have the room I booked. I was told I would need to wait until the morning to move. The small room we were in was overlooking the car park and the noise meant we only got about 2 hours sleep. The next morning we packed up and went down for our new room - again told we would need to wait until after 10am. So they had put someone else in my room and were waiting for them to check out. They continued saying I didn't like the room I was in and wanted to be upgraded. I politely advised I just wanted the room I paid for. We finally made it into the booked room and it was lovely. On Sunday - we were due to check out at 10am. We had the do not disturbed sign on the door prior to this. Regardless of this housekeeping knocked and let themself in at 9.20am - I was naked in the bathroom - straight across from the door that had just been opened! Not happy! Why they would let themselves in when the do not disturbed sign was there and we still had another 40 minutes of our booking is beyond me.

The property was central, with a tram stop right outside the property. The rooms were a bit dated, but comfortable enough and a decent size. The gym and pool were in a different part of the building, not very secure the front door was currently broken to that part. The cafe located in the lobby was fantastic with very friendly service

The location is great. Check in and out very smooth. However, our room was very different to the online images. We booked for 3 beds but ended up with 2 beds and a futon that I wouldn't even sit on. The doona did not fit the cover on our bed. The premises were pretty dirty but our room was clean enough.
