Decent location with a short walk to south wharf. Our room had great city views of the Yarra River. Reasonably priced and generally clean. Parking was convenient but very tight squeeze in the lift that takes the car down to the basement, lucky our car is small. Overall a good experience for the price.

Bathroom was neat and had been cleaned, but felt grotty...mouldy looking at the corners and egdes of the shower and grout lines. Water damage to bottom of bathroom door did not look great. Toilet roll holder broken.Broken plasterboard in bedroom. Cheaper for a reason

The view was nice but can be noisy sometimes the kettle and toaster we not very clean can do with a new one. The exhaust fans in bathroom and laundry area not working. The lounge wasn't comfortable and not clean but otherwise everything was nice the staff were friendly and helpful would stay there again but not in room 908.

Room had an unusual smell like someone had smoked in there and covered it up. Asked for reception for a new room but they said they were fully booked. There was a persistent ringing sound that continued throughout the night making it difficult to sleep.

The location is convenient. There are quite a few convenient stores and restaurants nearby. It is closed to Yarra River which has a nice view. The room is pretty average. The condition is a bit old and the room is a bit dusty. It is not a very nice apartment but good enough if you want a place to sleep and shower.
