The WiFi is very slow and the there is a very noisy water hammer in the pipes. If a neighbour uses the bathroom late at night you can get a very loud noise in your room which wakes you up. Otherwise lovely.

Boathouse Resort was great. Friendly reception staff. Very comfortable, spacious room with a fantastic spa bath. Kitchen area was a bit small - not much space to do anything once the kettle, coffee maker and toaster were all out, but it’s manageable. Only real negative point was the WiFi - not great.

We loved our stay! The staff were so friendly, the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable and we loved having the spa bath. Everything you need is a walk away- great places to eat, IGA and the beach! It was so quiet and if it was warmer we loved that there is an option to swim in the outdoor pool which looked very clean. You could cook your own meals and having both tea and coffee available was such a great touch as we both love having a hot drink multiple times a day. The team also went to extra effort to remember it was my husband’s birthday and even had a delicious complimentary bottle ready in our room, we would love to return one day!
