Air conditioning not working in room at 11pm slept in another room where air con was working. Next morning had to move all gear to the new room.to Bed was ok but not that comfortable housekeeping only made bed and replaced amenities left dirty dishes and cups on bench did not put in dishwasher Or even wipe bench. The location of the hotel is great. Not worth the money paid

The staff was nice. The hotel lobby is nice, but the rest of the facilities need a bit of a facelift. The pool area is nowhere nice as the photos. The drainage in my room’s bathroom seemed to be backed up in the shower and the sink which led to little tiny gnats near the drains. Also, at check-in no one was at the desk and I called the phone number on the sign at the desk and it did not work. Reception should have the number exactly as it needs to be dialed for international travelers. Finally, when I was able to check-in the reception worker informed me that a man had just walked into the lobby and had a seat on the couches and that he was homeless so she would need to ask him to leave. This didn’t make me feel safe or secure in the hotel and this was immediately upon my arrival.

Spacious one-bedroom apartment. Close to transport. Friendly efficient staff. My only complaint is that the kitchen could have used more glasses and cups. Great mix of restaurants and coffee shops just around the corner. Walking distance to Southern Cross Station and Spencer Outlet.

The location is just perfect for me to attend the conference at Crown hotel. 5 mins walk to Crowns, 7 mins to Southern Cross station. The room is specious, clean and comfortable. The only downside is the hot water flow is not strong enough.

Kitchen not fully equipped for cooking. No baking tray. Pool was very cold - too cold for a toddler (despite it being indoor). Having said that, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment otherwise had everything required for a short stay. It’s just an older apartment/building.
