Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Strongly advise to avoid this glorified HOSTEL whereby they inform you housekeeping is done on Alternate days but fail to tell you what this means is just replacing towels and the miniature toiletries they provide. Full cleaning with changing of sheets is every 5days much less vacuuming the room.I was left with dirty towels on the floor and stain sheets from check in. Old dried up blood stains in duvet is such a healthy violation! even when additional housekeeping is requested whether for fresh towels or replenishment of basic amenities the service response has been extremely poor.Cost-cutting measures are understandable but there is no justification for unclean sheets, delayed basic service, and guests effectively having to “beg” for housekeeping. These are minimum hygiene and hospitality expectations, not premium requests.
Beyond it location,I struggle to see how it qualifies as a Expedia Rated 4.5star establishment. Prospective guests should be aware: unless your expectations align with a serviced hostel experience at hotel prices, it would be wise to explore alternative accommodations. Expedia needs to be responsible with the ratings it gives a property and the partners it chooses to work with or risk loosing loyal clients that rely on Expedia platform for their travel needs.
