TV signal failed on 2nd night. Shade broke. Room above us had a person I call THUMPER since we heard every heavy step well into the night and again early in the morning - thin ceilings. Breakfast offered was rudimentary-coffee, snack bars, yogurt, boiled eggs & muffins. Did the trick but was expecting breakfast like those offered in other comparable hotels.

The check-in and checkout was easy, the room was fine. The breakfast was very poor. The only thing they served was oatmeal. They advertise breakfast so that was misleading.

Do not recommend. Stayed on fourth floor. Woke up at 1:30 to use the restroom and found a two inch cockroach in the shower. Trapped it with a towel in the drain. Slept with lights on. Only to find another cockroach on the bathroom counter in the morning. Spoke with the manager. She brushed it off as a palmetto bug which is just another name for a cockroach. Total gaslighting.

Homeless on breakfast area. No coffee at 8 a.m. room dirty. Long term resident dog attacked my 15 year old dog. Had to check out and run!!!
