Excellent location close to tram to get to everything hotel a bit outdated needs some work done inside to bring it up to top standard and underground Carpark is a nightmare if you struggle with very tight turns

Our stay was great the Staff were wonderful rooms was good.. The Restaurant Food was very nice only thing missing was a Ramp to either walk on or getting a wheelchair to be able to go in the front doors. Would definitely recommend and we would book again

Good Value Great Location

Meal in restaurant was lovely. Breakfast great as well. Staff very courteous. I would recommend and definitely stay again. Its not the Ritz but its definitely all that you need.

Room very clean, great Brekky however, only one available lift which was insufficient due to number of guests. Very long waits. Also pool wasn’t available due to works being undertaken. Once these issues sorted, it will be amazing, great central location & would recommend.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff on at checkin were wonderful. There is a balcony but only enough room for the AC, no chair or table and the building seems tired like it could do with a coat of paint. No cutlery or crockery in the room other than glasses, mugs and teaspoons and the the lift is very very slow not so great when you’re on the top floor, although I do believe an upgrade is on the way.
