Had to park the car next door and walk up stairs which looked creepy and smelt urine , Was given a room with the view of our condition motors , The Front door of the room had so much gap on the bottom and sides you could almost see inside, which caused it to hear so much noise in the corridor as well , The TV was too small and wasn’t a smart tv , Had to pay for movies , The wifi didn’t even work , The lifts were too slow ,

Main lifts under renovation so instructed to use back service lifts which were via doors and corridors. Our room was then located right next to the back corridor door which slammed after each person used it! Balcony was basically a ledge looking at the rooms along side us no chairs so pointless. Reception staff were polite and friendly.

Bedside lamps had usb charging, room was a good size for our overnight stay, bed was very comfortable. Only draw back was if you want breakfast at the reduced price it has to be ordered the day before, we didn't arrive until after the cut off time, so we sourced breakfast from a different establishment.

City break comedy festival

The hotel is in a good location. The staff are welcoming upon arrival. The breakfast was pretty good from a good variety of food selection to choose from. The food was constantly topped up. The room was renovated, nice interiors though the television is situated weirdly. Amenities were there in the room with the loveliest comfy bathrobe. The lift is slow so allow extra time for it.

Great little hotel in the heart of melbournes theatre precinct. Really friendly staff. Nice clean modern rooms. Good Buffett breakfast. Really can’t fault it for the price. Will definately stay again.

Spacious and Comfy

Spacious room and a very comfortable bed and the pillows were the best Ive ever had at a hotel. Slightly outdated but for the price and location it was a great stay.
