Room was in average condition. The ceiling in the bathroom was significantly cracked and at one point water was dripping down into the bath. Amentities like body lotion and tissues were empty on arrival. Breakfast was nice.

Convenient location and walking distances to restaurants and shops. However, the hotel rooms are outdated. For the price per night the room was not worth it. Shower and toilet area very outdated with it all in one and just an old shower curtain stopping it from spraying over the toilet. Beds were hard. It was clean but due to it being a little run down it makes it look not great. Hotel parking was easy but was extra. The breakfast was good with hot and cold options and modern sitting area.

Room has a bit of wear and tear. Also very dark and a bit gloomy with loud AC. I needed to have a work base whilst in Melbourne and the room was not great for that. Step into bath for a shower with the shower-head low so expect to duck a little if you're over 6'. Reception was nice and helpful.

Beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, microwave and other kitchen utensils dirty. There was also countless dust all over different surfaces of the room. Was charged for parking and this was not explained in check in. Bathroom was outdated and not cleaned as well as it could have been. We will not be staying again.

Soory folks but the value for money did certainly not add up here. Dirty, low-quality linen, indoor pool and spa were unsensitized in my opinion, old bed and again the value was not worth it
