Nestled in the heart of South Yarra, on Chapel St, one of the most iconic streets of Melbourne, this luxury apartment is the perfect base to explore Melbourne and live like a Melburnian. Set up on the 20th floor of a high end residence, this one bedroom apartment has been decorated with taste and furnished with new quality appliances throughout. Offering some of the best views of Melbourne 24/7, the residence also provides access to a pool, sauna, spa, steam room, gym and onsite parking.
As you open the apartment door, you will be facing the dining and lounge area.
On your right hand side, you will find a kitchen with modern appliances throughout.
The bathroom is accessible from the lounge area. At the end of the lounge on the right side, you will get access to the bedroom that built-in wardrobes for your convenience. A TV is also available in the room.
The balcony, accessible from the lounge will offer you one of the best views Melbourne has to offer.
There is also a complimentary Washing Machine and dryer available in the apartment.
Guests have access to the whole apartment plus the amenities in common areas such as gym, pool, sauna, steam room and spa.

Busy Chapel Street is lined with exclusive retail outlets, cafes, clubs, the popular Jam Factory entertainment complex, the Como Centre and Vogue Shopping Plaza. Commercial Road, which divides South Yarra from Prahran, is home to more retail shops, the Pran Central Shopping Centre and the iconic Prahran Market with its large selection of gourmet foods and fresh produce.
