Not what advertised
The apartment is fine, but not what is photographed - the host even said âthey had to remove the furnitureâ - when booking the accommodation, we thought this apartment stood out from the other standard options, so thatâs why we paid a little extra, but it wasnât worth it.
We requested to be moved as the apartment was so small and looked nothing like the pictures. We thought it was a scam. We were moved to a bigger apartment with a kitchen island (instead of galley kitchen), however then we didnât have a dining table.
Exchange of keys is through an Asian Grocery store, when we approached them and asked to be moved, they were defensive and denied knowing who the host wasâŠ.not comforting.
Although in the end, âthe hostâ of the apartment was very easy to talk to.
Kitchen drawers didnât close. Cooking utensils useless.
Bed sheets were not Egyptian Cotton as advertised - they were scratchy and the label on them said âlinenâ.
Parking is an extra cost, and not necessarily available. In one email it said $50 a night, and another email it said $40 a night.
Access to gym and pool requires an âinductionâ, which we couldnât attend, so couldnât access the facilities - again, something we paid extra for and didnât get to avail of.
If the price was reduced, and the photographs updated to be a true reflection of what is provided, it would be fine.
