Staff were great, very accomodating. Rooms are spacious and all linens clean. Doors need resealing or something as there was a high pitched whistling sound that was present when doors were closed. We put a rolled up towel along base of door to stop it. Great spot and delicious breakfast. Excellent location to base yourself for exploring the city.

Yes room good but bathroom access to shower hard as in a bath. This was slippery with no grip mat or hand rail. Shampoos were spilling into the bath making it more slippery.

Our stay at the Oaks on Market was fantastic! The room had a beautiful view of the river and staff were friendly and keen to help. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and the menu was varied, but always delicious. The staff were welcoming and helped with any queries we had. Would stay again. Reminds me of the civic green in Warrnambool

This is our 4th stay at this hotel and we really like the location. It's walkable to everywhere in the city and the public transport is very accessible from the hotel. It's very comfortable, spacious and clean. We always choose the no housekeeping which adds to value for money. Staff are always lovely. That's why we keep going back.
