The light is not bright at all and couldn’t be able to adjust. Although the staffs were friendly approach, our stay could have been better if the room were brighter with the better lighting and more clean.

I don’t love the fact that if you want to check in early there’s a charge. If the room is ready, what’s the reason? Less than 1 hour shouldn’t incur a fee.

Wedding stay.

We spent 1 night for sons wedding. Hotel looks lovely from outside. But found staff at front desk rude. Room dirty. No soap in bathroom. Toilet unclean. No handtowels. Sons room had rubbish/food stuff under bed. On the plus side bed was comfortable and room was quiet(good soundproofing). But i would never stay here again.

Clean and Serene

The front desk service was excellent, the room was extremely clean, and modern. The location is lovely- I had a room facing the parklands and could go for a walk around the lake in the morning. A good range of breakfast options nearby, would have been nice to be able to room charge it back. I got back at 8pm and there were no dinner options. The handheld shower design was a bit strange as it shot straight into your face if you left it on the wall and as the alternative is a sun-shower head, there was no way to have a hands-free shower without getting your hair wet.
