Love to welcome you to my beachside penthouse. Nestled in the vibrant bayside suburb of Port Melbourne, this breathtaking apartment is footsteps to the sand and captures spectacular 270-degree views across the bay.

The place is literally across the road from Port Melb beach and features panoramic views of the bay, big open living area and kitchen with a dining room full of natural light.
The space
From the fully-equipped designer kitchen to cable TV, sound system, internal laundry and secure parking, every amenity has been considered for guests to enjoy a high-end and unforgettable stay.

It’s designed with open plan interiors that flow directly to the balcony, allowing natural breezes and abundant light to flow through. The living area has plush sofa seating, chromecast TV and free Wi-Fi along with air-conditioning and heating to create a year-round retreat.

With one bedroom, a study, and 1.5bathroom, there is plenty of space for a weekend getaway or a beachside city break. The full study can either serve as a dedicated workspace for those travelling on business, or an extra bedroom. The apartment is set for all your needs.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create a meal at home. It’s fitted with luxury stainless steel appliances including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher for easy clean-up.
