Welcome to a bright, comfortable private room located on a modern 24-storey residential building in the heart of Melbourne CBD, with direct access to the Free Tram Zone and walking distance to some of the city’s most iconic locations, including Flagstaff Gardens, Emporium Melbourne, Crown Casino, Southern Cross Station, and Queen Victoria Market. Cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, and essential retail are all located within minutes.
The space

1) The room is situated within a shared two-bedroom apartment. My partner and I occupy the second bedroom and use our own ensuite bathroom.
The main bathroom, located near the entrance of the apartment in the living room is exclusively for your private use. You will be the only guest using it, ensuring comfort and privacy without interruptions.
2) Please note that our standard check-in times are after 5:00 pm on weekdays and after 2:00 pm on weekends.
> there may be some limited flexibility outside these times, depending on the day, we’re not able to guarantee this in advance.
Please always feel free to discuss your preferred check-in time with us, and we’ll see what we can do.
3) The private bedroom measures approximately 2.90m by 3.80m and includes a queen bed, a built-in wardrobe, large windows that allows generous natural light, and block-out curtains for guests who prefer a darker environment.
4) A friendly, small bird named Titi lives with us. He usually stays in his cage or sits quietly in his designated spot in the living room during the afternoon, singing softly.
5) The apartment has a strict no-party policy and accepts bookings for guests aged 18 and above only.
6) The bedroom doors locks from the inside but not from the outside, maintaining safety while ensuring peace of mind. Please refer to the photos for a clearer idea of the layout.
7) The shared living area features an open layout with a fully equipped kitchen that includes an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, air fryer, kettle, teapot, cookware, plates, cutlery, and a coffee maker.
8) The living area also has an air-conditioning uni, but not in bedrooms. Additionally, a small fan and a heater are provided inside the room should you prefer to keep the bedroom door closed for extra comfort.
9) Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
10) The apartment features a balcony-sized approximately 2.0m × 3.8m, where smoking is permitted.
11) Our home is a shoes-off household; please remove shoes at the entrance.
12) Please keep the place tidy and clean up after yourself.
13) Light breakfast items—including milk, bread, jam are available. Coffee and tea bags are provided for guests to make their own drinks.
14) There is no TV in the bedroom. However, there is a TV in the living room (please note that there is no Netflix subscription).
15) Clean towels, soap, shampoo, a washing machine, and drying rack are also available.
16) Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
17) On-site parking is available upon request for an additional fee (35 AUD per night) in the building, ground floor (2.1 m height limit).
