It was okay. I just felt like everything was run down, for example one of the lights didn’t work, the shower sprayed out, the bathroom had water damage, the heater (despite looking new) was soo loud we didn’t really use it. We only stayed one night, so it wasn’t the end of the world, but next stay in the city we’ll spend the extra money to get a nicer place.

The property was ok, my balcony was not cleaned and had paraphernalia thrown onto it from higher floors. It hadn’t been swept or mopped and was dusty and musty. Bed was 2 stiff single mattresses pushed together. Knew it was a cheaper option but possibly a little too cheap.

Ideal position, if you don't want to go anywhere, not much to eat around hotel with exception to subway, unfortunately road works made it noisy, need wine glasses in all rooms.

The bed was not good at all, very small and could feel every spring in the mattress and sink to the middle. TV did not work. Very noisy, paper thin walls. Told reception and no apology given.

This properly was a complete disappointment. The room I was in (623) looked like the furniture was uncared for, no iron, no microwave (dispute ther being a kitchen). The tv worked sometimes, it smelt bad and generally disappointing.

Very dirty. Mould growing on curtains. Hairs on bathroom bench. Opened the cutlery draw to find one dirty spoon coated in filth. Don’t look under the bed! Was in a rush to get ready and go to an event and didn’t have time to complain. I stay in budget hotels all the time but this is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Won’t return and don’t recommend.

A stupid "car lift" for parking. If you have a big car, it will not fit in the lift. Paid $20 per night for parking that was not mentioned at booking stage. There is a historical building at front misleading the customers. The hotel is at the back of this building, and it is in very poor condition. There were bedbugs in the bed, so I could not sleep well. I will never stay in this hotel.
