This really was a brilliant option for our MELB stay. Right in the heart of the city and a very short walk to the tennis (we were in town for the Open) our room huge, perfect for us and our adult daughter. It was clean and well maintained.
I really enjoyed my time at Bounce, staying over NYE! The hostel runs walking tours which is a great way to see the city and also meet people from the hostel. The room was super spacious with en-suite bathroom, the bathrooms on the corridor were also all fine - would only say Iâd prefer paper towels rather than a shared towel for drying hands and also bath mate would be helpful to stop the floors getting so slippy!
Aside from this loved my stay and the kitchen and common areas were also all good!
This was one of the best hostels I have stayed in.
The place was spotless, the facilities were very good and the staff were great - especially the Kiwi lad Dan at reception.
I would definitely stay here again and I'd recommend this place to other travellers. Keep up the good work troops!
Stayed in a private double room. I wouldnât recommend staying here unless you absolutely need to save on money. Itâs still a hostel , the hallways are small, sticky and have a bad stench. It probably wouldâve been better to pay a bit more for a budget hotel instead.
Clean room and cozy space with curtain.
There's a bar downstairs thar was nice.
Regular activities..
Requested change of sheets for long stay, staff said yes but it wasn't done
Geat place. Great location. Food selection in the laneway is good. Comfy bed.
Only thing that could of made it better is maybe a TV but its not really needed
Everything is prefect! Nice and clean.
The room basically sounds proof. Very quiet.
Got curtain for every bed, provide privacy.
I rent a bed for a short stay.
Only thing is I kept kicking the box above my feet when I was sleeping and woke up multiple times.
Overall, I think itâs a very very good hostel.
Room was fine for a 8 people. Plenty of space which was great. Bedside USB charging port was broken and the plug socket didnât fit quite nicely but still able to charge my stuff anyway. Amazing location being right across road from Flinders Station and near Swanston Street so taking free CBD tram was so handy.
