The location was great for us... and found the weekend staff very good Building was a bit tired... but OK Biggest disappointment was when we left something at reception to be picked up by a friend then for the friend to be told we hadn't left anything!

We didn’t like that we arrived with a blocked toilet, they rectified this fast however for majority of the stay (2 nights) the bathroom smelt like sewage. The mattress was so uncomfortable it sank my back is sore and my husband ended up sleeping on the couch. They offer parking $55 per night we got parking for $60 for 2 nights just up the road. Overall the place needs some improving, the food was good and staff were nice. Probably wouldn’t rush back in a hurry.

The hotel was in a very convenient location and my overall stay was great, I will definitely be returning. The pillows and bedding were very comfortable, the room size and layout was great and had everything that I needed for a two week stay. The bathtub was amazing and the water was always hot. The room service menu was disappointing but that was the only thing I'd change.
