-Short walk or ride to all Melbourne has to offer. Food, drink, culture, art, sport, nature.
-On the top floor, end of corridor and overlooking a laneway (so no passing traffic) central city location yet surprisingly quiet
-3 large east facing windows let in plenty of natural light, look out onto trees and hedges. Occasionally hear birds chirping away in the trees (a rarity in a CBD location)
-Full well stocked kitchen including all cooking facilities and utensils. Washer/dryer inside apartment
-Oversized shower with large rain showerhead
-King sized bed with soft mattress topper and plantation shutters to block out light ensure a good nights sleep will always be had
-85 inch UHD 4K smart TV
-All in all the perfect for those wanting to enjoy a quiet night in or a night on the town. Your choice!
