We stayed in a accessible king poolside room. It was spacious and had a nice sitting area outside the room facing the pool. The bed was comfortable and pillows were good.The property is walking distance to the Rye RSL, pier and many cafes. We were disappointed that the staff did not tell us that whilst the official website for the hotel says breakfast is only available weekends it now has breakfast available every day. We did not take advantage of this as we found out by accident only when we were checking out.

Super comfortable amd spacious room. Rainfall shower head had great pressure. Just a heads up - drive down the alley where BWS is to find reception on the right and the rooms on the left at the end. We went through the restaurant entrance from the street which was overwhelming.

We liked the convenience of the property. The room was nice and large. The set up of the room could have been better. The tv on the wall should be on a swivel, so you can watch tv from bed. The bathroom needs a very intense clean as there is black mould on the tiles.
