Very convenient location, close to trams, taxis available outside. Close to Bourke Street Mall. Indoor pool and Gym. Some rooms are quite small. Nice to have staff to check you in and out if you’re a senior! Not sure about the self service check in and check out . Nicer to have staff welcoming you.

Went on a mother and daughter trip room was lovely breakfast good value bathroom very clean the hotel situated close walking distance to Collins, Burke street Flinders Street was very pleasant place to stay and affordable. The staff are great very pleasant and helpful.

I was on work trip haven’t got enough time to visit the facilities Victoria hotel in offers, overall nice stay, blackout curtains are good additions as I was working long hours had good sleep. Just one thing I noticed, housekeeping didn’t vacuum my room throughout my stay maybe this need to consider for stay over guests, and possibly turn down service.

It was a great stay. Unfortunately when I tried to open the curtains the knob for the window came off. Same thing happened with the shower knobs, it kept falling off when I turn the knob adjust the water temperature. Great location and walkable to public transport
