We rented this vrbo to host a family dinner in the yard. My fiancee and i eloped in front of our family. I cleared this with the property owner ahead of time. The property manager was amazing. The house was mostly clean when we arrived, there was trash in the trash cans and the dryer had the extra blankets in it, the yard was not as well maintained as in the photos but we cleaned things up and managed to have a great afternoon. While the property and the managers were great, the neighbors make you feel like you’re committing a crime. We had an older gentleman filming us as we unloaded belongings into the home. The night of the event at 9pm we were notified that there were complaints from neighbors even though there were only a few of us outside with music playing at a volume that could not be heard at the fence line much less over the fence, while they had a german shepherd bark its head off all day. Again the host and the house were great, the house property could have been better maintained but that aside i was very happy with the rental. The neighbors are a bunch of karens.
