We reserved an accessible room with a roll in shower, just as the picture shows. We did not get the roll in shower and was in a room with a walk in shower and folding chair. The door to the shower was not big enough to allow my wheelchair to get through and the transfer was very difficult and unsafe.

I booked the reservation on Hotels.com and when we arrived to check in we were told they didn’t have a room for us. After leaving a received an email from Hotes.com that our reservation had been cancelled. So I assumed I would not be charged for the reservation since it was cancelled due to no availability. I checked my card this morning and they had charged me for the reservation so I then had to spend 30 minutes on the chat waiting for Hotels.com to call the Hotel to verify the above. Now I have to wait 7-10 days for my refund. What a joke.
