I stayed here for five nights while attending a conference. Overall, the hotel felt tired and a bit worn down. The room was clean enough, but the hallways consistently smelled like weed, which was off-putting. The gym was another downside—it had a strong odor and several pieces of equipment were out of order. Not ideal if you plan to keep up with workouts during your stay. On the positive side, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was decent with plenty of options. I also appreciated that coffee was available early in the morning—and it was actually good. With some updates and better maintenance, this place could be a solid option. For now, it’s okay if you’re not too picky and just need a place to sleep.

The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and accommodating. The toilet was leaking and did not get fixed. I did make staff aware. The rooms were outdated and did not have the amenities of other Hampton Inns that we have stayed in. The coffee and breakfast items were fresh and hot!

The toilet in our room would not flush and one of the soap dispensers was about to fall off the wall. I reported both to the staff. The soap dispenser was fixed, but the toilet was not. That being sai, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

It is a good location in Memphis. The building is old and looking run down. The room was small. You had to walk a long distance to get to the elevator.
