The hotel was in a great location with great restaurants and bars at walking distance. Hotel Staff was very nice. Carpets could use a cleaning but overall a nice place to stay.

We would recommend and will return!

Amazing space, close to Mud Island where our daughter lives and to Beale st. Funky and cool and great rooftop bar. Drinks and breakfast reasonably priced as well as delicious. Bed was 10/10!

Unethical staff..my iPad was stolen and was traced to an apartment complex in Memphis. We stayed one night only and this happened. Called the hotel to inform them of this and was told that the GM was out for the week and didn’t want to deal with it so for me to file a police report which I did. There is no breakfast buffet..it’s your standard hotel breakfast which I was also double charged but am pending to receive the credit that was issued back to me. Overall, just an unsafe and unpleasant experience and I can’t recommend this hotel unless you’re willing to take that chance of your personal belongings being stolen.

Nice spot to stay in downtown

Room was really nice and decent size. Corridors and elevators were a little dated, but nothing major. Location was good, the parking building that the hotel used was convenient, but was a little difficult parking initially to check-in. Staff were great and really helpful.

The hospitality of the staff was wonderful. We were parked in a safe, secured area. Some of the museums, record store, restaurants and Beale Street was a walkable distance. The rooftop of the hotel had some good music and affordable drinks, along with the fireworks show. When we visit Memphis again, we will definitely rebook there.

The rooftop was great but for the price the rooms could use and upgrade. The fact that breakfast is not included in price od room is ridiculous. The gym is across the street. $22 for parking your also across the street. You are really paying for the name that has been hped up. Hall way carpet very diry and stained. Service was good. If i need to stay downtown again wouldn't choose this hotel. I would just pay to go to the rooftop. Where the drinks atr over priced and the food also. But the vibe is excellent.
