The room was ok but there was no microwave and was told by housekeeping the bed linens would be changed every 3 days. I stayed 4 days and the sheets were NEVER changed and a couple times I had to ask to empty the garbage cans.

this hotel has a really pretty presence when you walk in and the rooms are nice. We have stayed here twice in the last month and they still only have one working elevator.

This was one of the best hotels that I have stayed in and we travel 50+ nights a year. The staff is incredible. Everyone is happy and wants to help. The TV was out when we got there and Larry was there to fix it in 2 minutes. This is a high-tech hotel. You can check in on your phone before you get there and check out when you are on the Interstate headed out. If you are going to be in Memphis this is the place to stay. We travel alot between North Carolina and Texas and will stay here every chance we get. Great room . . . Great people . . . Great price . . . what are you waiting for?

Every time i stay here i have problems with the rooms. Its always something. The makeup mirtor hsd to be fixed this time and the door handle was messed up. They took away free breakfast. Im done staying here.

Overall good, water was shut off during my stay. And it happened to be the second time this happened. The staff were nice and gave me a free late checkout. I feel like it could have been a better discount. But appreciate what was given and actually had to extend my stay a few more nights.

Hotel was really beautiful, modern. Beds were comfortable. But cleanliness wasnt upkept. In our debroom door cabinets were dirty, dusty tables. The pool area was so beautiful but so much garbage on the floor, bandages, bottles were left from the night before, a lot of spider webs on the ceiling. If the hotel would clean a but more, it would ideal hotel.
