It was difficult to locate the hotel when arriving at night. The walking shower was inconvenient since the pressure was low. Still the water splashed out since the shower glass covered only halfway like the European showers. The breakfast lacked quality, quantity, and taste.

Hotel was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. The one negative was the breakfast options. Waffle dispenser didn’t work properly, and there was no water available to drink. "Scrambled" eggs were almost inedible. I had fresh fruit in my room, so I just ate that. My husband was fine with what he ate.

I always come to Memphis and stay at this property. It’s definitely a new build. The staff is very helpful and it’s very quiet and it’s in a very convenient place right by the expressway so you’re only about a 10-15 minute commute everywhere.

When tell people that breakfast is between 6-9 it should be ready. Gravy for biscuits and gravy was cold. Biscuits could have been used for hockey pucks. They certainly weren’t made that morning. Won’t be back.
