Bad experience

The service was terrible for them to just open up for 3 months. The bathroom had face towels in the tub and on the curtain rod. The lady there at the front has a bad attitude and she needs training on customer service. Very rude. I will not go back and spend my money.

The cleanliness of this place was despicable, Upon entering our room, we found human substances and hair follicles located in several areas of the room. There was no house keeping available would not recommend this place to anyone and will not use this hotel again.

Uncomfortable.

We registered for a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. This was ideal for our group so we wouldn't feel as crowded. When we got to the hotel, they gave us a room with only 2 queen beds and no couch. The lady at the desk said they didn't even offer rooms with a couch and 2 queen beds. We felt lied to and spent a long night feeling over-crowded and very disappointed. The elevator stopped working for most of our stay, there were dead lady bugs under our window.
