Older home, plenty of space very convenient to horse show

We were there for the Germantown horse show. The home is older and has had some updating but bathrooms have not been updated (everything works fine, just older). The AC was tricky on day 1 but the owner was there late working on it and brought in a window unit to use until he got it fixed the next day. Owner was very responsive to needs.
