`Stayawhile` Cabin is a newly renovated two-story getaway, nestled on a private, wooded lot just minutes from downtown Mentone. Perfect for exploring Desoto Falls, Little River Canyon, and Desoto State Park, it features a hot tub, creek, and fire pit for relaxation. Located in a developing neighborhood near Brow Park, enjoy scenic sunset views from Lookout Mountain, just up the street.

This private suite offers a king bed with soft linens, an en-suite bathroom, a smart TV and a spacious walk-in closet. The room is filled with natural light, creating a tranquil escape. Bathroom 1 is attached to this space.

Most cars can easily access the home and nearby areas. There is no public transportation, so bringing your own vehicle or renting one is preferred. While Uber and Lyft are available, getting a ride may not always be easy.

➤ `Stayawhile` is located in a developing subdivision right outside downtown Mentone, AL.
➤ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay.
➤ Pets allowed with $50 fee per stay. Max 2 dogs under 60 lbs (pre-approval for larger). No cats or aggressive breeds. Keep pets off furniture, clean up after them, and crate if left alone.
➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.

1. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):

• For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies.
• Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

2. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.

3. If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation.

4. We will charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee to cover any potential accidental property damage during your stay. This fee replaces the traditional security deposit.

5. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform`s cancellation policy.

6. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

7. No parties or events allowed.

8. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

9. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

10. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

11. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.

12. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).

13. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.

14. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit.

15. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

As a guest of `Stayawhile` Cabin | Private, Hot Tub, Game Room, you'll find a hot tub, barbecue grills, and an arcade/games room. `Stayawhile` Cabin | Private, Hot Tub, Game Room also features a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Mentone cabin is smoke free.
