Very friendly staff. Secure gated parking, great for motorcycles. Nice pool area. OXXO next door and a few good food places. Quiet location despite close to the highway.

I've booked and stayed at this hotel many times the past year each month for a few nights. Each time there always seems to be a problem or issue and customer service is not a strong suit of this hotel. This most recent last stay was no different and several issues arose: (1) Despite having booked a room with a King Bed for 2 people upon check-in I was told they could only put me in a twin room. (2) Despite having booked for 2 people I was given only 1 free Drink coupon (good only for a beer at the bar worth 20 pesos ($1 USD) and 1 Breakfast coupon. I'm not really sure how that works since we a 2 on the reservation, not to mention the Drink coupon pretty much bing worthless. (3) The hotel decided to keep my 300 peso deposit over a dirty towel they felt they could not clean. I took the towel home and washed it with a little Bleach, it's as good as new. I will be submitting a formal complaint along with evidence. I've lost my patience with this hotel and will no longer be booking stays here... just not worth the nonsense despite being a loyal and repeat client.
