The property is ideal for 4 adults. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for a small child to use. We do charge an extra Euros 50 per week for a fifth person to cover additional costs. Fast 100mg wifi installed and full Freeview TV Netflix and Amazon Prime and Music plus all Sky film and sport channels. Most other European channels are available including German and Spanish.are available free of charge.The maisonette is located in Coves Noves with superb views across to Na Macaret and Addaya. The shared pool is directly below the balcony and the property benefits from a large patio with 3 seater swing and is fully equipped for al fresco dining. In the lounge, there are 4 comfortable chairs two of which are fully reclining.The beautiful sandy beach of Arenal D'en Castell is 15 mins walk away. We have old beach chairs and covers which you are welcome to take to the beach but we ask that the new chairs and covers remain in the property, there are tennis courts, restaurants, a supermarket, cash points, and a bouncy castle park close by. Son Parc Golf Course is only a 10 minute drive. There are fans throughout the property. In order to offer our clients a better service, we now accept any start date to you holiday. We have also installed a new ceramic hob and oven. A note about our refund policy, in the event of a cancellation provided we re let the property for a similar rate we will refund all monies paid. Quiet and relaxing time

Overall very happy with our stay. We had everything we needed for a self catering holiday and enjoyed spending time in the private patio area. We used the pool most days and had it to ourselves each time. The walk to the beach takes about 15 minutes but well worth the visit. The supermarket was a ten minute walk and had everything we needed for the couple of nights we ate in. The apartment is in a safe and very quiet area. Ten minutes take you to restaurants and bars or the bus to Mahon.

Lovely quiet location, views are wonderful. Pool was perfect for us and our two Grandchildren. Plenty of room in the apartment, very clean and comfortable. Peter agreed to our late checkout which was very kind. Unfortunately our Ryanair flight was delayed 17 hours!! Still we had a great stay/holiday 😎😎

Very quiet community with a lovely pool and views of the sea from the balcony. Difficult without air conditioning in the height of summer but a fantastic stay nevertheless. Thank you Peter!

Some difficulty identifying property, there is no no. 23 indicated. You need apartment no. 211. But clear comms with Peter in advance plus key sent before departure from UK. You may be underwhelmed when you open the door, the property has its quirks eg sticky doors to exterior, plugs that don't all seem to work. But perseverance reveals a spacious, well equipped apartment with great outdoors space and a wonderful view. The pool is clean and wasn't crowded while we were there and the neighborhood is very quiet. 15 mins to gorgeous beach in Arenal, 30 mins back in the heat and up hills. Bus to Mahon from supermarket carpark in Coves Noves costs 2.70 euro 1 way. Full UK and sports TV. Well worth the reasonable cost of renting.

Parfait !

La résidence est très calme, la piscine idéale nous l avions bien souvent rien que pour nous en ce debut de saison. Un beau souvenir gage de l accueil des minorquins, une des residentes nous offrait des glaces l après-midi lorsque l on se trouvait au bord. Le logement est fonctionnel avec une vue magnifique. Une terrasse est à l ombre le matin et l autre le soir, idéal pour les repas et les repos !

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, in der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Bad ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig aber sonst kann man sich wohlfühlen. Ein Auto ist hier zu empfehlen, da Restaurants und Geschäfte nicht direkt in der Nähe sind. Die tolle Badebucht ist mit dem Auto in 5 min erreichbar und für Familien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen.

Résidence calme appartement tres bien situé, vue exceptionnelle. Seul défaut aucun ventilateur de l'appartement ne fonctionnent avec des nuits a plus de 30°pas facile.l'appartement n'est pas tout jeune .une petite rénovation intérieur lui ferait du bien.sinon l'équipement fourni est très largement suffisant pour les vacances. Très bon séjour

Super Logement!

Bien arrivés en lisant les instructions reçues par mail quelques temps avant. 2 terrasses, une pour le matin, une pour le soir = impeccable Un défaut électrique est apparu, mais réparé dès le lendemain donc niquel. La vue est sublime depuis l’appart, et la piscine est très appréciée le soir après de dures journées de vacances à Minorque!

Nuetro plan era encontrar un sitio tranquilo con poco vecinos,,que tuviese aparcamiento facil,piscina,y más o menos cerca de tiendas básicas y mar,que nos pudiese servir de campamento base para recorrer la isla.Pues este lo ha sido con creces.El apartamento esta bien con todo lo necesario. Hemos estado poco en casa pero a gusto.
